My account has been deactivated due to Multiple Accounts Policy Violation.
I found out that I can access Amazon Seller Central with 2 emails.
However, the 2 accounts are linked to only 1 Seller Central.
I found out that the email I used to open my Amazon Japan account is different from the email I used to open my Amazon US account.
In this case, what should I do to activate my account?

Based on the information you provided, it seems you have created accounts on Amazon US and Amazon Japan using different email addresses.
I know dealing with account suspensions can be very frustrating. However, as it seems like you have 3 different accounts instead of 2 and because of that you will need extra guidance to make sure how many different accounts you have.
My recommendation would be to reach out to Amazon's account health support team and explain your situation. They may be able to provide more specific guidance on how to properly structure your selling activity within their policies.
