Read onlyI am really struggling to get updates made to my product listings that I am the brand owner of. I have a product that is offered in a right hand version and a left hand version. When I first created the listings I did them as two separate listings with size variations. I put left hand or right hand in the title. It was all find and dandy until I one day received feedback from a customer that they ordered a right hand version and we sent a left hand. After digging in to it we found that somehow the listings were merged, kind of, and they were all messed up. Some of the child ASINs were orphaned and they randomly pulled left hand sizes into the right hand listings. I deleted all of the products and have tried many times, unsuccessfully, to remake them. Every time I try, it pulls the old listing information and messes up the listings again. I have tried seller support, but they give me a canned response saying they have sent a request to the brand owner to update it... I am the registered brand owner and the only seller of this product on Amazon. Anyone have any ideas to help?
Thanks for sharing this situation with the forums, @Seller_25835rBG60h0W- have you tried re-listing only manually through seller central? If you haven't tried through an inventory file upload yet, they can help replace old data in the system. You'll also want to check your account is tagged as the correct brand registry role, that is able to make the needed changes.
If all that hasn't helped, please share your case ID here in the thread with me and I can take a look from my end.
