Already registered brands
Someone has already registered our brand. Due to the issue of 'redundant brand registration', we cannot register our brand.
We've done Amazon in the past. The rep is not currently available, so we opened a new account, and we can't find past Amazon accounts.(This is our prediction. It is not accurate.)

You need a trademark registered with the USPTO. I do not see one for Forbeaut on the USPTO website.
