Read onlyOur Valid Tracking Rate is at 100% (see image) yet we are still being penalized. I was told this is a bug from Amazon support and a ticket was then created. After 5 days of hearing nothing back the ticket was closed and our listings are deactivated still. How is it possible to have a violation when our Valid Tracking Rate is 100%!

Thank you for posting your concerns with your valid tracking.
I have followed up with the appropriate teams who have confirmed the situation associated to this category being deactivated stems from a situation that occurred back in September. Our review teams had confirmed that on 9/24/24 when the category was removed this category was at 90% which resulted in the categories deactivation. Although the current percentage is now 100% the original situation still needs to be addressed with the requested plan of action explaining why there was a drop in tracking during that time. Were you aware of any issues with your tracking then?
if this was an error and tracking information was eventually updated to be correct, you would still need to submit the requested information as to what happened when tracking was added originally. This is the only path to reactivate the category at this time. Once I have more information on the situation from your end I can offer additional guidance or next steps as needed.
