Read onlyWe know it is important to use Amazon's Sponsored ads, PPC, to promote items etc... on Amazon. It seems moist of the PPC sponsored ads we start we end up making sales of $100 and the advertising costs are $50-$60 so are ACOS is 50-60%. When the ACOS is up this high we are spending more money to promote the product than our profits are on the sale. We know sometimes you have to spend money for awhile to get your products moved up in Amazon searches, but it seems most of the time we spend more than the sales that get generated.
I haven't spent a dime on Advertising since starting as an Amazon seller in 2020.
