I have an order from a buyer who's name I recognize but don't remember why, or where.
I want to look them up to see if I had any issues with them or if their name is all that is registering with me.
Searching for an old order is almost impossible on amazon seller central. anyone have any suggestions how to look up a buyers name in previous orders?
Selling used books I rarely get repeat business on Amazon, but there is an indication somewhere on the order detail page if that buyer has ordered from you before -- don't remember just where it shows.
I strictly sell books and I have been blessed with multiple repeat buyers .. go to the orders tab .. and click on the order number .. look to the right side (just to the right of the Ship to info) and Amazon will list under the contact buyer .. if they have previously bought from you before .. if there the link is live and it is very helpful to see what other titles they have purchased .. below is an example of what this site shows from one of my repeat buyers .. hope this helps and good luck .. There used to be this indication on the order page, but I think it went away. I try to keep a separate record of bad buyers - not much else you can do these days.
They purchased form our off-site page, not on amazon but I recognize the name so I wanted to search for them to see if they were trouble.
