Read onlyI created shipment FBA18FMG8SC3 on September 20, 2024 with 1404 units to be send to Amazon Warehouse,on Sept 25 was received on Amazon warehouse andthen was trasnferred to several other amazon warehouses at my cost, I was not able to pen case 16837293331 until december 13, 2024. After the case was opened I had only 250 in my inventory from this shipment , then they found found 580 ( 198+196+104+82) Units of B0CKS1YX8M, Now I send a total 1404 Units to Amazon on shipment FBA18FMG8SC3 to FBA warehouse on the reconcilation it show that you received only 250 when I opened this case now if you found 580 there still missing 574 units. ( Original send to Amazon 1404 units - 250 reported received at amazon when the Shipment was closed and we open the case - 580 units shown on your recent message = 574 units missing.
I have been on top of my case every single day and is impossible to talk to someone in Amazon.
I am asking as a seller to have my case resolve ASAP just like amazon gets pays any fees from my account or when amazon request any documentation and needs to be presented by certain date other wise the account will be close.
This is very simple, they units arrive and they are not there. Amazon have to be responsible for this missing units, there is no need to keep me waiting for so long.
I am sure Amazon should have an insurance that cover this losses
Is there a moderator that can take this case to another level, to someone that can resolve my case.
