How can I contact the official customer service of Amazon sellers?
You open a case through Seller Central.
Know that you cannot trust or rely upon anything told to you by Seller Support. Their aim is not to help you, but to get you off the phone or close the case with as little effort as possible.
Unless you need action of some sort, it is probably better to ask questions in here.
