I am trying to ship an order of custom poker chips, but I am having a glitch where I am not able to add any numerical value to Declared Value in Amazon Buy Shipping for FedEx labels.

I can select Signature Required and Zero value and purchase a FedEx shipping label but I am not able to add a declared value.

If I enter any value, including $1, an error message appears at the bottom and I cannot purchase the FedEx shipping label.

I am not experiencing any issue with UPS and declared value. Seems to be only with FedEx labels.

Our company's FedEx account currently receives volume discounts for FedEx labels purchased (outside of Amazon). My question is very simple: if we add our FedEx account into the Buy Shipping configuration, do the labels we purchase through Buy Shipping remain under our FedEx account (contributing to our volume with FedEx)?

Anyone able to use FedEx in Buy Shipping?

I can see UPS and USPS, but no FedEx. All orders show “The ‘Ship to’ address is not supported by the carrier Please choose an alternative ship method.” in the grayed out list for shipping options."
