Around 3 weeks ago, we verified all the information for INFORM as requested and everything was approved.
Today we have a 'Your Account is at risk of deactivation' banner on our SS Homepage. When we click on it, it says ;'You have one or more outstanding action items that will result in account deactivation if not completed by the listed date', When we click on 'resolve issues' it takes us to a window where it states our TAX ID number is pending, but it doesn't allow it to be viewed or ameneded. When we go to tax infromation in our account, everytuing is presetn and correct and there are no outstanding actions.
So basically we're at risk of deactivation, with seemingly nothing to action or any explanation on how to action anythig.
We've opened a case, and got some rubbish reply about a credit card being expired, which isn't true, and irrelevent to the situation.
Anyone else gettig a similar warninng and/or stuck in the same situation ? or know how to resolve it? thanks

Same issue here. My account also says "Tax information is complete" and "Your tax information has been validated successfully". And there are no outstanding actions to take.
Anyone else with the same issue?
Yes. Same thing. They say it is pending. They would have to deny it first i guess. Nothing changed Amazon.

They have conducted a review and have cleared out the mentioned issues. The account may have some residual banners that will fall off over the next few hours, potentially 72 hours at most. They have confirmed you had already completed the INFORM process and are no longer requesting information.
Although resolved, I always encourage you to monitor both the account health and account information pages should anything reoccur. should this happen, please follow up here so I can continue to work with the review teams on a resolution.
