Do we get a special A to Z claim review team on orders $100,000.01 and above?

I just cannot imagine having a sale that large without some insurance the inevitable claim would be handled with more care?

Wait, What? For furniture, at normal prices, we pay 15% on the first $200 of product cost, plus 10% on the remainder (e.g. $30+$9.90 on a $299 item).

The "discounting" table indicates that for orders *where we reduce the price and therefore margins* the "discounted" fee is:

$1,000.01 to $5,000 12%

So, if we lower our prices to sell an item for $1000, and we sell two, our previous fees were $110 + $110, but our new fees are, what, 15% of $1000 ($150) + 12% of $1000 ($120)? Or $110 + $120? Either way, this is NOT A DISCOUNT. This is an increase. As a reward for lowering our prices.

Of course, if I don't have to keep filing cases to get you to stick to the fee schedule you promised in the first place, the $10-$50 extra cost (plus reduced margins) might be worth it. But we're tired of you failing upwards at our expense.

Get your act together, Amazon. It's f'ing embarrassing.
