Because it's Amazon, but authorized does not mean you have to authorize it.

Manage seller-fulfilled returns

  • Amazon's returns policy allows most items to be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • After you authorize a return request, the buyer has 15 days after the return window closes, allowing for transit time, to return an item.

The return window and 15-day transit time are both based on the estimated delivery date and are not affected by the actual delivery date.
