We are sending a shipment to AWD 57 boxes, around 380 lb in total. Our boxes meet Amazon requirements for AWD, but when creating the shipment we are not allow to select Small parcel delivery (SPD). Attached is a photo of the shipment creation which indicates we might need 1 pallet; however, we do not own any pallets so we are unable to put the boxes on a pallet. Is it going to be an issue if the boxes are on their own?

First time AWD user, and trying to create a AWD shipment order using some old boxing data to try things out, but ended created one shipment without realizing it could not be edited anymore. Could anyone help with cancel this incorrect shipment before the charge?

Hi All, We have had an AGL to AWD shipment closed for a delivery however no stock has been added to AWD, I have raised a case ID 17468127071

I would like the assistance of the community managers to find out where this stock is, It has been delivered however is not clearing through on the AWD side. Below is the relevant information.
