Hi - my product is eligible for FBA Export and was selling in certain countries. When I sent more inventory to FBA US the product is showing as "Currently Unavailable" in the countries where I had previous customers/orders. Now, the customer are reaching out to me through other channels (webpage/Etsy etc) asking for product availability via Amazon.
I noticed that the product is for sale in certain countries outside US like China, UAE, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore. It's not for sale in countries where I had previous sales through Amazon FBA Export, e.g Mexico, Colombia, Kuwait, Israel, Palestine, Monaco, Iceland, United Kingdom.
So far, I haven't received an adequate answer, and really want to get this issue solved since the advertising spent has been mostly in the countries where it's showing out of stock, and my sales have dropped.
