Request for Account Reactivation Due to Document Verification Issue

I am writing to request the reactivation of my Amazon account, which was recently deactivated due to a verification issue. When I created my account approximately three years ago, I submitted my passport as the primary identification document.
However, during a recent verification attempt, I mistakenly uploaded my CNIC instead of the passport I initially used. This was an oversight on my part, as I had forgotten which document was previously submitted. I now understand that the verification document must match the one originally provided.
I sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this may have caused. I am ready and willing to re-upload my passport or any other required documents to resolve this issue and verify my identity properly.
I have been a loyal user of Amazon and greatly value the platform. I would deeply appreciate your assistance in reviewing my case and guiding me through the process to reactivate my account.
