Hi, I am new to Amazon and I might be missing something but my problem today is that it shows that I have been paid out on invoiced orders although none of them was received by me.

Is there something I am missing ? How can I solve this issue? To mention that I recieve all the Amazon payouts from the standard orders.

Hi, please of anyone can help me out, i have contacted Amazon via chat and all time they say we will contact you within 24 hours, but no one does, My account is in good standing, no any kind of issue with account or A-Z claims, I do not understand why is that happening, please anyone can help me out with this ?

PS: i have read the page "why am i not getting paid" and i dont see any issue listed there.

I am getting orders from Brazil, but none of my orders have the buyer's CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Fisicas)? Apparently this is required. Not one of my orders has this. I have asked customer's for this and get no response. Should I just cancel these orders? We readily ship all over the world but why isn't Amazon asking for the CPF number?

Also, Amazon is not providing shipping labels to Brazil. Nothing. We're having to go off site which means no guarantees. Is there something wrong in our settings which is preventing us from getting Amazon shipping labels - just for Brazil?
