respectfully, is this a joke cooper? its been nearly a decade of bad support and policy towards sellers and yet they want us to vote? how about i suggest they clean house first and work on internal systems. if you need more intel just let me know but everything should be clear in the forms.

we are left with two choices now as we face the realities as americans

get our act together on all fronts

or be replaced by the chinese

i live in asia

i am an american

these are facts

if amazon staff

and suport

and execs

do not get their act together

asian ecomm platforms will replace them.

amazon is surronded by competitive platforms on all fronts

its only a matter of time before sellers start jumping ship in droves

i am not one of those seller

i am american also

i want amazon to succeed

but if internal systems continue to be broken

the market will shift soon

could be a day, could be a week, but its soon.

the chinese are more sick of amazons competion BY FAR then even sellers are sick of support

this is a real issue and i do not want to see an american company fall apart and be conqured by the chinese while sellers suffer due to bad staff-policy

when all sellers are echoing the same thing..

plz excuse all typos. im a busy exec

we also have two choices on amazon as sellers. butt kiss and MAYBE get some helpful treatment. or try straight and true without all the candy riding support staff worship in which we get no help at all most of the time. and to be clear even if we butt is support is a BIG MAYBE

i honestly have no idea whats going on internally. but hopefully its fixed soon. the clocks ticking before amazon staff will continue to be terminated as the chinese circulate us with a better faster easier to use system with chinese citizens that are literally 10,000x more intelligent than your average american and speak flawless english

i dont want to see this currently inevitable future happen. but it is happening. i grew up with amazon. i just want to have my simple issues fixed that i can fix in 2 minutes on any other platform. amazon? 54+ hours for similar issues...

It's your decision to downvote or ignore comments from Amazon employees, but I don't think that @Cooper_Amazon is talking about that.

I think he talks about ALL comments, not just the small percentage coming from Amazon employees. There is no harm to vote the comment of a forum member. Imaging you answer to ten questions daily, and NOBODY ever honors this with ANY reaction. Of course, you are too busy to even dive in other's problems or try to help. But try to imagine how it is to talk to an invisible wall without knowing if you were heared.

It's 2025!

Every 6 year old in this country knows how up voting and down voting works and also how to NOT vote if you read something that neither adds to the conversation/issue nor is wrong all together.

Maybe you should have concentrated on telling people not to down vote true answers simply because they don't agree with that truth, but it wouldn't matter either as in general you all's posts don't get much action anyways, unless you throw in $100 gift cards and buy replies.

That would be because plenty of them are a slap in the face, offensive and tactless.....and you all either don't care or are truly not seeing what is happening here......and everywhere lately.

I'm usually skimming/fast read most posts and if, if it resonates I might slow down a bit - BUT for over 20 years I have found that NOTHING is rarely accomplished to resolve the issue of a True Seller Support Team that can fix an issue when outsourced off-shore as they are not given the power - why? IMHO b/c those with internal knowledge use it for those that pay them to rig the system (back hat)

If you want to ID topics of concern - just run a report - It's the same issues day after day/ year after year

You took away sellers ability to help NuB's - Why was that? and how does that help other sellers find valuable info?

So perhaps start with AMZ digging into the existing forum data and really take to heart the needs of the minority USA Sellers 1st and foremost. Present your solutions and then ask for votes/feedback from users instead of force feeding unwanted - not needed 'improvements'

90% of my down votes historically (and hysterically) have been from all the OA and RA apologists that Amazon let fester and grow here like black mold for YEARS/decades before Amazon was dragged kicking and screaming by the INFORM Act schedule of fines for not having proof of authenticity for items sold here.

I'm guessing even the $$$$$ (billions) in Amazon bank accounts was going to take a serious hit if you had to pay $50,000 PER SALE of unproven authenticity...

Why does Amazon throttle its sellers sales? You know you do, everyone who sells here knows you do, so why do you do it?

Appreciate the feedback. I too like the idea of needing to put a reason to downvote too. Will make sure to pass that along to our Product Managers.

Thanks again for all the honest feedback. Hope you all have a great rest of the week.

How about this -- If you want to down vote something you have to make a comment/statement saying EXACTLY why you disagree with what was posted.

Good Morning @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI, @Seller_aNsixtdBpnLRG and @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp,

Appreciate the feedback. I too like the idea of needing to put a reason to downvote too. Will make sure to pass that along to our Product Managers.

Thanks again for all the honest feedback. Hope you all have a great rest of the week.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
