New listing management features available on Manage All Inventory
We’ve redesigned our Manage All Inventory page to help you complete listing tasks more efficiently.
We've heard your feedback that finding the right listing task can be time consuming and complex. Our updated Manage All Inventory page guides you through the end-to-end listing management process, from completing drafts to optimizing existing listings, making it easier to manage a large catalog of products.
The updated page groups related listing tasks under the following category labels:
- Complete drafts: Pick up where you left off with unfinished listings. Whether you need to add missing details or address restrictions, you can find and complete all of your draft listings in one place.
- Activate listings: Get your products back in front of customers by fixing inactive or search-suppressed listings. Use our new Quick Filters to find items that aren't showing up in search, update products with zero inventory, and resolve pricing or other issues.
- Optimize listings: Boost your product visibility by improving listing quality. Add important attributes and use our bulk optimization tools to enhance multiple listings at once. Our system will offer specific suggestions to improve your listings
To view the changes and review your listings, go to Manage All Inventory.

We've cleared our cache but haven't been able to spot the differences yet. To help everyone adopt the new functionality quickly, would it be possible to add a few comparison screenshots to the guide?
A simple visual of the 'before and after' would make it much easier for the team to identify exactly what has changed.
