App notifications

I’m new here, it seems my app isn’t giving me any notifications. I have went in the settings in the app, also notifications on my iPhone. Anyone experience this ?

I’ve tried deleting the app, resetting my phone etc

Connor from Amazon here, have you tried going to your notifications settings for the app itself to allow them?

Also have you updated your iOS to the latest version?
