My account was deactivated under section 3 before 2 months now can i close my recent account & create a new account with the same LLC with different details that attached with my previous account?

You say your account was deactivated. Unless you have restored that account to full health it cannot be closed. Any attempt to create another account will end in failure.

Since your original account was deactivated you will have to address that first before registering a second one as @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6blshared with you already.
Registering a second account can result in another deactivation, so please follow the direction and steps our support team provided.
