Read onlyHi. My company has been selling on Amazon for 7 years using a 3rd party shipping agent for shipping our products from China to the U.S.
My company was recently accepted into Amazon Global Logistics, and I have a few questions that are not covered in the AGL Tutorials before I send Air and Sea Shipments. I simply need to speak with an Amazon representative with experience in AGL.
When I tried to communicate this via Amazon Customer Service, they keep sending me the link to the AGL Tutorials.
How can I schedule a brief phone call with an Amazon rep who knows AGL ? It seems that the majority of Customer Service reps can address all other Amazon-related items/issues accept AGL.

There are almost 10 million sellers on Amazon. Imagine if each one would like to talk 10 minutes to an employee....
I bet you will find anything on Google you are looking for.
Although selling seven years on Amazon you don't know that YOU don't deal with customer service. You are NOT a customer but a seller.
