Best Deals ineligibility

I hope you doing well :)
For some reason, our account is not eligible for Best Deals despite our increased selling rate.
When I go to the Deals page I get an error message saying "There are no recommendations at this time".
This message has been appearing since I first started looking to create this type of deal which was more than a year ago.
This Issue seems similar to the S&S issue we experienced a few weeks ago.
Could you please look into this for us and guide how we can resolve it?

You can review both the selling account eligibility requirements, and the product eligibility requirements for participating in Deals via this Help page. One key to product eligibility is making sure you are compliant with our policy on reference prices and have a validated reference price. Please see Show a reference price on your products by providing a List Price.
Please note because of other criteria that Amazon is unable to disclose, it is possible that certain ASINs may not receive a recommendation although they meet the criteria as shown on that Product eligibility help page. In such cases, you may use other promotion-types like Price Discounts or Coupons.
If you do meet all of the eligibility criteria, and would like further account specific troubleshooting, I would recommend creating a case with our seller support team to further discuss the experience.
