No Response for Two Step Verification Recovery

I am having an issue with two step verification account recovery. I no longer have access to the phone number used to set up two step verification. I have gone through the recovery process and have submitted the passport. Amazon has not responded to me. I have been trying this for weeks, I have submitted it multiple times with no response. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

go in your Settings, click User Permissions and you will find your name and your email address. Do you see on the line with your email address at the right side the button “Delete”?

yes I am primary user and creator of this seller account and i use the email address that goes with it

Very good. So you can download an authenticator app on your phone or on your computer. Read the following thread and the links in it and try. It is not very easy and will take some time to understand and apply:

Thank you for this useful information. I know what athenticator app is and how I can connect it to my account. But I generally cannot log in to the account, so I cannot log in to the settings.

If you had read the thread you would know that you don't need to go to the settings. Everybody who doesn't receive a OPT has NO LONGER access to this settings....otherwise he wouldn't come here and ask. The thread describes how to install the authenticator app without possibility to access the account. That for you need the email address of the primary user for installing the app. As soon as you have the app, you can log in to your account again.

I have read all the information from your link that you have sent. But I need help finding enough information. I have sent documents are important for recovery two-step verification but I did not accept any response from Amazon. do you know additional recovery process for this?

I have sent only my passport. if it is possible, can you expplain the step verification process in detail ? ( which documents are necessary and which format is acceptable)

Thanks for these. Approximately how many days can I get a response from Amazon? Which parts of the day (night or morning, Monday,Thuesday etc) should I send these documents or does not matter?
