Read onlyI have received two negative reviews, one with a 1-star rating and another with a 2-star rating, for my product. These reviews were a result of Amazon mistakenly sending the wrong product to a guest. Despite contacting seller support multiple times—about 10 times in total—they were able to remove the feedback from my seller page. However, they informed me that they are unable to remove the reviews from the public review page. This has been frustrating, as the negative reviews are not reflective of the actual product I offer, and I’ve made numerous efforts to resolve the issue.

I have escalated through sales rep and they also accepted that there were lots off errors spotted in bincheck.
