Unable to Chrge but already been charged

Amazon, I am stuck at 'charge method'

You did some verifications for USA,CA,MEX, and suddenly charged 43.99USD

And I don't know why "unable to charge" when you already charged

Give me my money back? I haven't finished filling in the information yet

You will need to have a valid credit card, not debit card here. When you register in Amazon as a seller, it is necessary to enter an internationally chargeable credit or debit card with a valid billing address located in an eligible country.

You are also eligible for a one-time refund of subscription fee that will be charged to your account soon after the completion of registration process. You are only eligible for that one-off refund if you have not used any professional tools or benefits within 90 days

Once you have finished setting up your account, downgrade your account to the Individual selling plan by following the steps outlined in this help page. After completing this step, contact Seller Support requesting reimbursement of the Professional selling fee.
