Read onlyI have issues with a duplicate Parent Asin and I can't find anyone who can actually help me fix it :( How do I talk with someone besides the regular outsourced source?

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your parent ASIN. In order to investigate, I will need a case that you created within the last 30 days where Seller Support has worked on this issue for you and were not able to resolve the issue. I have looked at several of your recent cases and see that you don't reply to the case with the requested information or hang up when they answer. Please know that this is considered spamming and against the Selling policies and seller code of conduct, which will get your ability to create cases removed.
Please create a new case to Seller Support and provide them with all the information that they need to investigate. Include the parent ASIN's you feel are duplicate and what steps you have taken to try fix this issue. Please note, if the ASIN's belong to another seller that is in Brand Registry, you will not be able to make changes to their variations and will need to reach out to the brand to fix them.
Once you create a valid case and the team has time to investigate the issue and resolves the case, if you still need help, please provide me with the case ID and I will be more than happy to take a look.
