New company account deactivated after Call verification

New Account is deactivated after verification callWe recently had our Amazon seller account deactivated due to what Amazon believes is a connection with a previously existing account. After speaking with Amazon Seller Support by phone, we learned that the reason for this deactivation was the use of a phone number that had previously been associated with another Amazon account belonging to a different company (Advanced Industrial Solutions).That phone number belongs to one of our new employees, , who was recently transferred to our company,. He now works in our marketing department and has no role at all in managing or operating our Amazon account. The use of his phone number during registration was an unintentional mistake and does not reflect any actual connection between the two businesses.The new comapny Trading is a completely separate, legally registered business with no operational or legal ties to the old account. The association flagged by Amazon was purely accidental and based solely on the reuse of a personal phone numberWe kindly request that you review our case and allow us to continue operating our Amazon business. We are fully committed to complying with Amazon’s policies and are prepared to provide any documentation needed to confirm the legitimacy and independence of our account.

Whatever reason you are telling Amazon, the accounts are related and your new account will only be reactivated if the other one can be fixed. No excuse, explanation, affidativ or whatever will help you to change that.
