Read onlyHi everyone,
I’d appreciate some guidance regarding a specific situation.
A couple of months ago, I sent 600 units of a product to Amazon FBA. Unfortunately, right after the shipment arrived and two days after initiating the VIne Program my account was deactivated and no sales occurred.
Now that I'm resolving the account issue, I would like to relaunch the product under a new ASIN to benefit from a proper honeymoon period, since the original momentum was completely lost.
I’m wondering, is it possible to relabel the existing FBA inventory (with a new FNSKU) to associate it with a newly created ASIN without removing and resending all units?Would Amazon allow an exception in this case since the product has never sold?
I cannot currently open a support case due to my account’s inactive status, so I’d appreciate any help from experienced sellers or Amazon staff who might know the right approach.
Thanks in advance for your advice!
You can relabel the existing FBA inventory only if you remove it by creating a removal order, then create a new listing, then changing the FNSKU, then send in again. That will take 2-3 months in the best case.
While you are waiting for the reactivation of your account, take 4-5 weeks to learn how selling on Amazon works:
Hello @Seller_1y6mueX3DjA0Q,
Thanks for your question about the reset of your honeymoon period starting over if you send in a new ASIN, the answer to that is no. The enrollment of the program starts with first buyable ASIN, and you send in your inventory to FBA within the first 90 days. You can review the program information here.
I hope this is helpful.
