Amazon STOLE ALL settlement funds - DESPERATE
Feel like we can't breath. What can we do?! They stole settlement funds and applied to a loan balance almost 2 years in advance paying in full. Over $100K stolen - applied all of our proceeds 2 years in advance! We are a small US company. Is it correct we can't take this to court and the only option is the biased arbitration system where inside arbitrators side with big companies? Is this happening to others??!

Can you describe the situation more clearly. Its obvious your upset but the emotion is getting in the way of receiving help.
Please describe with who/what/when/why. Your stated your settlement was applied to a loan but didnt say anything about the loan company or terms.

Yes, I went thru same terrible process - AMAZON STOLEN ABOUT 850K OF OUR MONEY together with money from funding company and we went bancrupt after spending 100k on litigations with their DWT law firm and arbitration which is Amazon's pocket "court"

IM IN THE SAME BOAT STOLE 36K FROM US LAST MONTH WONT REFUND IT, WAS TOLD BY AMAZON THEY DONT KNOW WHY THEY DID IT AND WONT REFUND ME UNTIL THE FIGURE IT OUT. NO ANSWERS JUST KEEP GETTING A DIFFRENT PERSON GIVING US A BS ANSWER EVERYDAY AND THEM CLOSING THE CASES BLAMING IT ON OTHER AMAZON EMPLOYEESS

if there was a loan balance due, they have the right to apply the proceeds against it.
