For the 3rd time my asin BOOBFOE7CQ recently has been hijacked by a chinese actor FQQF. Amazon makes it difficult for a legitimate seller to correct this issue. We are the owner of the brand "M&M Foods" which was on our product page for the above ASIN . Amazon customer support directed us to the wrong place to get support for this issue and the support team advised us that we could not use this channel for this issue they provided a link to another page.

All we ask is that Amazon revert the brand name to its original state at the time of creation. We created the listing on 01/012013 and have been actively selling the product under our brand name M&M Foods. We cannot update this listing as it now says we have to get approval to list this product - we are still actively selling this product - we are the sole distributor of this product this makes no sense. WE NEED HELP getting this fixed. Please advise the best expedient way to get this resolved.

Our first case with the recent brand hijacking ID 17213930891 which we were sent an email .

We are currently working with a company to get our trademark so we can register with Amazon Brand Registry - which has been taking much of our time to accomplish this.

We still need help with this current problem.
