Account level reserve more than 3 payment cycles

I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding our account payments. Over the past 3 payment cycles, we have not received payment for our sales on the Canada account, and 2 missed payment cycles for US, with last cycle receiving a small portion of what it should be based on sales and beginning balance. Upon further investigation, we noticed that all our payments are being held in the account level reserve, which has significantly impacted our cash flow and operational capacity.

I suspect it's related to a UK Tax liability issues, which has been addressed and paid to UK Amazon and acknowledged by UK Amazon on May 21, 2024. (see attached), as all accounts for US/CAN/UK/EU were held from disbursements starting from the notice received May 2,2024. (see attached)

We have opened support ticket ID: 15234222131, 15271353331, 15313758721, 15328610131, 15361937051, 15409853511. They are all in "transferred" status, saying "has been forwarded to another Amazon team", no further response from there.

This unexpected delay and reserve allocation have caused financial strain on our business. We kindly request your assistance and guidance on resolving this matter promptly. Any advice or insight you can provide to help expedite the release of our payments and alleviate this financial burden would be greatly appreciated.
