I recently renewed my business insurance and was required to upload the new certificate. It is the same as last years document that was accepted by Amazon only the date has been updated for this new year.
My certificate keeps getting rejected stating that:
Your proof of insurance does not name "Amazon.com Services LLC and its affiliates and assignees" as an additional insured. You will need to contact your insurer to add this information and re-submit the proof of insurance for verification.
I have submitted my Policyholder Information and it clearly states on page 45 of the document that Amazon.com Services, LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries and assignees are additional insured Person(s) Or Organization(s) (Vendor)
Can I please have an Amazon moderator look into this case for me and verify my insurance.

I run into this problem every year!
Not sure why it is so difficult.
On page 45? There is one page. ONE
page. They don't want a copy of your entire policy, they only want the certificate of insurance made out to them.
If you get stopped for running a stop sign, the cop does not want to see your 20 or 30 page policy. He wants to see the one little card in your wallet that shows you have insurance.
Since it is Saturday your insurance office may be closed. check your email. My insurance carrier automatically sends out an updated certificate about a month before it expires.
It has to be on the certificate.
They are not going to read through your entire policy.
This happened to me and the insurance company fixed it promptly and sent out a new certificate.
We are having the same issue. They have now rejected us the whole month and its exactly the same policy as the last 4-5 years that Amazon has accepted. This is the most frustrating site I deal with. Our Farmers broker is so annoyed as they have had to get involved at least 5 times. For us its crazy because nothing is making sense. Everything they asked is stated and very clear cut
ours was just rejected as well, same policy as we have had for several years issued by Amazon’s preferred provider. I just resubmitted and hope for a human bot to look at it this time
