Do you see the words "Other chargeback" on those transactions?

From the looks they disagree on the dimensions and weights and are making corrections.

If you measure or weigh incorrectly Amazon will be sure to get THEIR money for any adjustments!

Thank you for starting this thread, @Seller_7nh6mpoV6rdvk!

@Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp raises some great points here. Dimension and weight chargebacks typically happen when there's a discrepancy between the measurements you provided and what Amazon measures at the fulfillment center. For larger items like furniture, this can be especially common due to packaging variations.

Here's what I'd recommend:

  • Double-check that your listed dimensions account for the full packaged size (not just the assembled product), rounded up to the next whole inch
  • Review the specific charges in your Payments > Transaction View to confirm they're labeled as dimension/weight corrections
  • If you believe the measurements are accurate, please open a case with Seller Support for further assistance

For future reference, this guide on FBA product size tiers can help ensure your dimensions are set correctly to avoid further chargebacks.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

All the best,

Jameson
