I’m a new seller on Amazon, and I’m facing an issue with my delivery times. My product is taking 2 weeks to be delivered to customers, while my competitors are offering same-day or 2-day delivery.

I’m using Amazon’s fulfillment services for shipping. My account has the setting Automated handling time enabled, Default handling time 1 day

Could anyone help me understand why there’s such a long delay and what I can do to shorten the delivery time?

How can I enable 1 day and 2 delivery for both of my warehouse locations. I have one in Florida and one in Michigan the Florida location shows next day and two day delivery. the Michigan one is getting no orders for next day and 2 day delivery. What is the reason? Can you only have one default address and that is the only one that could have next day and 2 day delivery?
