Account Suspension and Request for Alternative Solution
My account was registered through the Amazon UK website as an online company. However, I have been asked to provide a utility bill in the name of my virtual company. As I am managing a virtual company, I do not have a physical address and, therefore, it is not possible for me to provide a utility bill or similar documents. In this case, I would like to kindly ask for an alternative solution to restore my account. If there are other documents or information I can provide, please let me know, and I would be happy to comply.

A virtual address doesn't work for Amazon. You need a physical address that matches exactly as to what you used to sign up with and a utility bill to verify your address.
