Amazon not accepting dietary supplements applications to sell
Hi @Manny_Amazon @Cooper_Amazon,
We're a new brand for dietary supplements and just created our first listing. However, our offer was removed with Amazon stating that we need to request selling approval for compliance. When we try to to request for approval, we're notified that Amazon is not accepting applications to sell:
Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Other Human Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Is there any other way to seek approval to sell dietary supplements? We'd be eager to submit requirements needed for approval.

Amazon actually doesn't accept new supplements and new supplement sellers. By creating a case you did the best possible thing: Maybe YOU are the exception!

As @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iACnoted, they slammed the door shut and the only instances I have seen of sellers being allowed to add items are those that have appealed to their SAS sources and got in as a result of having 'sources' they could call upon for 'special dispensation'.
It seems that it is nice to have friends in high places and lots of money available to pay for those friends.
New sellers and new brands have not earned any trust with Amazon so you are not likely to 'get lucky' here.

Unfortunately, we are not accepting applications for supplements at this time. You are welcome to check back later to see if the category is accepting applications in the future.
Based on what I can see within your brand and the trademark office, your brand/trademark does not currently include this product category that you're attempting to sell on (Health & Personal Care).
I recommend working with an attorney experienced in IP and the trademark office to understand the best path forward for you to have intellectual property in the updated product class.
