Account is deactivated and I cannot be able to submit document to activate my account again

Hi,

My account has been deactivated and when ever I login they asked me to ad a new credit card and verify document I have added my new card but I cannot be able to verify my document to reactivate my account. I cannot be able to raise a ticket in Amazon seller central support due to my account deactivation, If someone can help me in this it will be very grateful.

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.

I see that your account was deactivated for inactivity.

To complete the reactivation process please go your global dashboard, then click on the reactivate account link.

When you click on the link that will take you to another page where you can verify your personal information and will give you options to upload the required documents.

If the link doesn't work, please clear your browser's cache+cookies, restart your computer and try again. if that fails, try from another device or browser.
