Hello friends. I am new amazon seller with FBM. This is already my second order whish buyers refunded and it says Returnless Refund. What is the reason? why Amazon let buyers to do such things and what is my fault ?

Thank you for thread. This is most likely happening because you have Returnless Resolutions (AKA Returnless Refunds) active in your return rules. A returnless resolution takes place when you issue a refund or replacement and let the buyer keep the product. You can either automatically issue a returnless refund/replacement via rules you define, or you can work with the buyer via messaging for a specific return.
