Preview current and future costs with Revenue Calculator
The Revenue Calculator is a preview tool that helps you estimate your revenue for products across different fulfillment options. It includes fields where you enter your own product costs to calculate more accurate net proceeds per unit. You can use the tool to:
- See applicable fees for each fulfillment option and enter sales volume estimates to calculate total proceeds and per-unit sold estimates.
- Compare current rates to 2026 rates to understand how changes may impact your business.
- Explore any catalog item, even those you don't currently sell, to evaluate new selection opportunities for potential products.
You can also use the Inline Revenue Calculator in your Manage All Inventory and Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Inventory dashboards to see per unit estimates for fulfillment fees, removal fees, and inbound placement costs. Click "estimated fee per unit" to access dropdown options to preview the 2026 rates alongside current rates.
To get started, go to Revenue Calculator and Inline Revenue Calculator.
To learn how you can analyze fees, costs, and profitability across your catalog, including sales, advertising spend, refunds, and returns, go to Profit Analytics.

That tool is nothing but another trap to get new sellers hooked and then robbed.
The list of costs and charges that has not been included in the calculator is staggering......

WTH is up with all these over charging of shipping with Amazon saying late delivery on 75% of the orders is Amazon really trying to rip all sellers for extra profit on shipping or simply trying to break all sellers so we make nothing or you no longer want to protect orders that you know customers are scum and will say they didn't get it..........Orders clearly not late at 5-8 day delivery so pisserd tempted to put account on vacation and focus on ebay until February!

Please do not give all of your costs to Amazon. They'll steal what data they can, but if they have all of it, they'll know to the penny how much they can squeeze us for.
There are MANY cases where Amazon has already acted in a fashion that violates anti-trust law. Do not believe that they are your friend.

I know what the costs are. It's simple math. The problem is identifying what office supplies, toys, or pesticides Amazon thinks is a BMVD product and charges a 1.80 Closing Fee on. Should be a report.
