Read onlyTHEY LOST 4 of my shipment in a row!!! almost 1000 of items cost more then 5k$.
NO INVESTIATION< NO REIMBURSMENT despite i have provided delivery proof with amz employee signature, pictures of box with items inside before shipment, with shipping label attached. I EVEN spoke with SUPERVISER who reassured me that it cant be like this and if i have proofs i will be reimbursed.
FINALLY they told me " Additional appeals related to this claim will not be considered."
WHOM TO CONTACT WITH complain? should i complain to POLICE or any crime investigator?

Thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums, and apologies for the frustration this has caused.
Do you have the most recent Seller Support case ID for the most recent missing shipment? In addition, did you include Proof of Ownership alongside the other pieces of evidence you referenced above?
