Read onlyDear Community,
I am selling a new product on Amazon, and as a new seller I offer an interesting price for the new clients that may be interested; therefore my selling price is lower than my list price, which is advised for retail by my suppliers and which is similar to my competitors selling the same product. Still, my list price strikethrough does not appear. It is very frustrating as my clients do not know that I am offering an interesting price compared to the actual retail price. How can I make Amazon verify my list price and make the list price strikethrough appear?
Thank you for the help
Kind Regards
Hello @Seller_nAbLcnvnqPbX5,
Thanks for posting to the Forums. You'll find the steps to set your list price using the information in the Show a reference price on your products by providing a List Price page. In there, it goes over the details of how you can set your list price so that the strike-through value shows. If the validation for the list price fails, then the ASIN will remain live however you will not be eligible to display the list price.
If you require more information about the validation for the list price, feel free to submit a case with Support.
Regards,
- Manny
