All of my funds have been stuck in Account Level Reserve for Past 10 months

Hello,

For the past 10 months I have not received a proper disbursement. I have contacted seller support multiple times within the past few months with no help. My cases have either been transferred with no reply, or no resolution. ( ex. 15220792411). My account level is healthy, it is not under review, my order defect rate is 0%, I have no chargeback or a-z claims, and my account is not under review. Unfortunately I have not been able to come to a resolution with this issue and am unable to progress my business much further without these funds. Please help @CR_Amazon @Steve_Amazon @Quincy_Amazon @Micah_Amazon @Bryce_Amazon @Sandy_Amazon . Any help would be appreciated.

I do see that you funds have been placed on hold in accordance with a Temporary Restraining Order issued by a federal court. You were sent an e-mail on December 6th, 2023 that explains the issue and how to address it further. To resolve this dispute, we suggest that you contact the rights owner directly mentioned. The e-mail is labeled "Your Amazon.com selling account".

If you resolve this matter with the rights owner, please advise them to contact us to withdraw their complaint.
