Asendia tracking are not valid

Hello everybody!

My VTR rating is too high. I checked and it seems all orders in report were chipped through Asendia, are defined in system as “Consolidator” and Amazon are this tracking number marked as NON VALID. Does anybody know how to deal with it?

Thank you!

You could only track it as far as acendia post office box on the East Coast… after that they have their own built-in internal tracking system, with other platforms customers have access to that…

Who knows what Amazon does, I doubt they’re Furnishing an email address to asendia… so the customer could be kept updated…

I have a letter I use on other sites, where I’m shipping internationally, wouldn’t do you a bit of good here… you’re probably not allowed to give them the link for the freight forwarders info…

The best you can do is using the USPS tracking number, delivered on the customer end on Amazon when it reaches the PO box…

Which is going to result in a whole bunch of upset people… especially if Amazon shows as delivered…

Who’s paying for the freight forwarder’s service , is it you? Or is it billed directly through the e-commerce providers site…

This is going to be a problem…

I didn’t even know you could use asendia. … on Amazon, typically they only do books?.. they do have the vat numbers… Maybe other items who knows…

Good luck trying to get this fixed , no one will understand anything about your problem… only a Bookseller , most of us stopped selling internationally on Amazon a long time ago…

Asendia is on the list of integrated carriers. How and when are confirming shipment?
