Amazon Pick & Pack Fee Discrepency

I am getting charged two different Pick and Pack fees. I only have one ASIN that I am selling. Anyone have this issue? Trying to understand how this is happening.

before and after a fee change? Or did you have a cubiscan done and the dimensions/weight changed?
