We have just discovered that another seller is using our photos from Instagram in their A+ Content. We have had this happen before, but it’s usually in their product photos. To solve this we go to the Report a Violation tool and it gets solved really quickly.

The problem we are having now is that the Report a Violation tool doesn’t allow you to report A+ Content. I’ve tried to get around this by reporting the other photos in the listing (for the sake of creating a case) and then explaining further in the case. However this cases status in now ‘Accepted’ and nothing has happened. There is even an option to escalate a violation case, we filled in the relevant info, and then when you select Submit nothing happens.

I opened a case with Amazon and all they have to say is to use the tool so we are kind of at a loss for what to do. Any advice?
