Amazon incorrectly put product code Collectible Cards, needs permission, on my Playing Card Holders for the elderly. and made listing inactive. This was 6 weeks ago. I have been on chat 5 times and they change product code to Toys and Games and promise listing will be active in 24-48 hours. I think I am caught in a loop because one chat sent it to "investigation". On inactive listing says I have to fill out application to sell collectible cards and when you click on that it says they aren't taking applications. I don't sell collectible cards - these are card holders for elderly and kids. 6 weeks of busiest time of year is just unreasonable. What can I do to get out of loop and get Amazon to correct their error? Thanks for any suggestions.

PS I have created a support case and they keep sending canned messages saying I need permission and team will review. 6 weeks.

The first thing a forum mod will say is share the Support case #.
The first thing I will ask is Does this item have sales history or reviews or FBA stock that you want to retain? If it's a new listing with no history, just start over with a new listing so you can place it where you want. If it's a successful listing, you will have to keep hitting at Seller Support :( If you keep opening and reopening the cases, it may JUST hit on someone who knows what they are doing.
