Disappearing FBA products
About 1 month ago, I sent a 32KGs/70.55 lb shipment to the Amazon warehouse. UPS Company says that it delivered this product and Amazon received this shipment. After 1 month, Amazon marked none of the 96 products I sent as unshipped. It completed its research in this way.
I have the following question in my mind, how can I deliver 0 products in a 32KGs/70.55 lb shipment. Of course, like everyone else, there may be a missing box label or product label, but I checked it from the camera. The labels of the products and the box are correct.
