Are malicious Amazon sellers hijacking even the word of God? I'm incapable of selling a bible.

I'm a book seller on Amazon, and I mostly sell Bibles using the FBA service. Today, for the third time in less than a year, when I tried to send a very popular Bible, I realized that it was in the wrong category and I can no longer send it to FBA.

The book with ASIN: 6556890545 is not available to list in the inventory and consequently cannot be sent to the FBA. When trying to change the listing, create a new one or send to the FBA, the option of requesting approval is displayed, but it helps me with NOTHING. Because of Amazon's confusing control to determine the category and manufacturer of the product, when I click on the listing page, the book is in a totally wrong category, which is "DVI-HDMI Adapters", and it is only possible to change it if I am the brand, which is also totally wrong (Hoyigo).

How can a bible created by the publisher Thomas Nelson Brasil be a DVI-HDMI adapter from the Hoyigo brand?

Amazon is perfect for notifying sellers at the slightest sign of policy violation, but what about notifying sellers that their listing is being maliciously altered? Entering into this discussion, how can I be confident that the books I frequently buy from my suppliers will not be blocked overnight?

As I always ask in support, which is never resolved, about changing WRONG information in the listing: take a stand, Amazon. Correct the product and brand name of the product, and create greater control over the individuals who ruin the good neighbor policy by hijacking listings that are very important for the companies that make up this community.

Hi there @Seller_16uaocOJpCSLY,

Thanks for reaching out with your concerns with this product. These two issues are separate, the Browse Category should be able to be appealed after the Brand is investigated. If you provide your most recent Seller Support Case where you reported this issue and I can work to escalate your report and appeal the Brand to be reverted. Thank you for your understanding.

-Glenn
