Question regarding the connections between amazon handmade and seller account.

I wanted to open a handmade account.(already have seller account). I was wondering if i face any kind of a problem or violation does that affect my seller account (ex. if my handmade account gets suspended can my seller account get also suspended.

This is a very good question and an accurate description of situations that occur. Per our code of conduct - multiple accounts policy, you are welcome to maintain multiple accounts. Since this would be for the sale of handmade products, there should be no concerns with that and fits the business need.

As you mentioned, should your current account or the handmade store experience an account deactivation, all remaining stores risk being deactivated until the original issue is resolved. Here's some guidance from the help page I provided above on this situation:

  • You may only maintain one Seller Central account for each region in which you sell unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all of your accounts are in good standing. If any of your accounts are not in good standing, we may deactivate all of your selling accounts until all accounts are in good standing.
