Does Amazon consider product being sold on Amazon US that doesn't have a US warranty (aka grey market parallel imports) to be a form of policy violation or infringement, that a report can get removed?

Hello Brand Registry Report a Violation Team -
My broad question is, how do Brand Sellers combat knockoffs?
My specific question is: when a knockoff suddenly pops up with a product that is essentially the same as ours, but they skirt everything — product, images, titles, and bullet points — yet it's essentially the same as ours from design to product names, and it even has elements of our SEO, what do we do? Customers on their review pages are also saying it's a knockoff version of ours.
Check how closely it matches:
(Ours) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07L9TL8BL
(Theirs) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DJRCMPGR
We can't go after them for copyright or trademark infringement because they've changed it enough, but you can't see the two product pages and not know what they are doing. Do you have any suggestions to help combat this (outside of a design patent)?
Thank you

To add Additional Trademarks to a Brand,
Does your Brand Name have to be in the Wordmark of the Registered Trademark?
For example "McDonald's I'm Loving it vs. I'm Loving It"?
I have a registered trademarked slogan I tried adding as an Additional Trademark but it got rejected multiple times manually by the Brand Registry department because my Brand Name did not appear as follows:
BRAND NAME + SLOGAN
I Just had SLOGAN®
Even though the Registration clearly shows my brand name as the owner.

how do I get approval I’ve uploaded my receipt information but has been declined so what do I do?

Hi, if a seller sells so-called branded products without logo on either product itself or packaging (we tested buy one ASIN among tens of child ASINs in the parent listing), does Amazon only remove the one we reported or Amazon will proactively check the other child ASINs in the listing? If we need to test buy all of the ASINs and return them afterwards, the seller would easily find out who report them and might revenge afterwards.

0 stars for Brand Registry report a violation. I have a trademark TRADE DRESS on my product design. It was copied by a Chinese seller EXACTLY. I reported over and over and was rejected for things that didn't even make any sense "not registered in the jurisdiction of the complaint" (?? It's from the USPTO and I'm in the US...) and other inane reasons. The brand registry was actually AUTO DECLINING my 100% legitimate IP infringement case (that should NEVER HAPPEN.) Ended up costing me $3500 for my lawyer to fax a complaint to Amazon legal threatening a filing with the Washington State Attorney General and the seller was removed and banned immediately. Actually that's -5 stars for not taking the legal action you're required to do and costing me $3500 less of presents under the tree for my kids this year. Thumbs down for brand registry report a violation.

Hello Team.
I have a brand that I have registered in both US and Canada. I have submitted the US trademark for approval. Can I also submit the Canadian trademark for approval as a separate application or do I have to wait for the US approval before adding the Canadian trademark?
Thank you.

Hello Brand Registry Team,
My question is how we are having difficulty filing an IP claim for a seller that are unverified. Selling products that our under our trademark that doesn't have the same warranty etc. but are using our listings. How can we remove these unauthorized sellers from selling our products on Amazon.

Hello Team,
If someone creates a listing for our branded product in a country where we do not sell or distribute it, uses our US images, UPCs and description, and we hold the trademark in that country, does this qualify as a trademark violation? In many instances, these sellers purchase our product from Amazon US, inflate the price, and resell it on other marketplaces. As a result, we receive negative reviews claiming the product is overpriced. What is the correct process for reporting this? Additionally, how can we perform a test buy in another country if we do not have a local presence there?
Thank you!
